Water Sports
Corfu offers an abundance of water sports and sailing experiences which can be tailored to your needs. Parasailing, skiing, wake boarding are available from most beaches in and around Spartilas Village and sailing trips/boat excursions can be arranged upon request. Many places are only accessible by boat so a boat trip is definitely suggested .

Sailing and Boat Trips
As you would expect, there are sailing schools dotted around the island as many travellers take the opportunity to explore this wonderful pastime on the generally calm Ionian waters with its sheltered coves, steady afternoon breezes and beautiful bays with special villages to explore.

In Avlaki there is a dinghy sailing school with many different types of small and fun craft. If you prefer larger craft, there are various yachting agencies and private charter individuals that offercaptained or bareboat charters on request. The traditional day boats are a cultural treat and feast for the senses as they know the secret inlets and caves, and make a for a wonderful Greek day on the waters.

Ten Pin Bowling
A ten pin bowling alley recently opened alongside the games hall just outside Corfu town. It is open from 10:00am – 02.00am and is a great alternative to a day at the beach. The games hall includes billiard and football tables, basketball machines and various computer games and arcades to entertain the young. The large Cafe Bar overlooks the 12 bowling alleys.
